To register and use the rbazee Service, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Service:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. Corporate entities may not hold player accounts.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local legislation.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of rbazee or any of its affiliated game providers, including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order (whether initiated by yourself or imposed by rbazee) at the time of registration.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration and maintain that accuracy throughout your use of the Service.

rbazee reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any of the above eligibility criteria at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension or closure of your account.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain one account only on the rbazee platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, rbazee reserves the right to close all associated accounts and retain any balances pending investigation.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number, and your preferred payment method details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). All information provided must be accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

rbazee applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to all accounts. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before your first withdrawal is processed. rbazee may also request these documents at any other time during your account lifecycle. Accounts that cannot be verified will be restricted from withdrawing funds until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party or allow any other person to access the Service through your account. rbazee accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify rbazee immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rbazee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladesh-based mobile financial services and payment platforms: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. International credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) may also be supported subject to availability. rbazee does not accept cash payments or bank cheques.

4.2 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. All deposit funds must come from a payment source registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited. rbazee reserves the right to reverse deposits that cannot be verified as originating from a source in the account holder's name.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method and account number used to make the most recent deposit, in accordance with rbazee's anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of approval, subject to verification checks. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the rbazee platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). rbazee does not hold player funds in any foreign currency. Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

rbazee maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored for unusual patterns. rbazee is entitled to suspend accounts, block withdrawals, and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that a player's account is being used to launder funds or conduct illegal financial activity.

rbazee may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual promotions on the rbazee Promotion page.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (as stated in the individual promotion terms) before they may be withdrawn as cash. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated, a default wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino table games and certain slots may contribute at a reduced percentage. Specific contribution rates are published in the individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses and the winnings generated from bonus funds expire within 30 days of being credited unless otherwise stated. Expired bonus balances are forfeited automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus may be held in your account at any time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse prevention: rbazee reserves the right to withdraw, void, or reclaim any bonus where it determines, at its sole discretion, that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through coordinated abuse, or in breach of any of these Terms.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus funds: Unless otherwise stated in individual promotion terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as winnings derived from a bonus is capped at ৳20,000 per promotion.

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the rbazee platform are subject to the official rules of the relevant sport and governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a conflict between the displayed odds or market description and the underlying sport's rules, the underlying sport's official rules take precedence. rbazee reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that the odds were offered in error or where the integrity of the event has been compromised.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on the rbazee platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own ruleset as presented within the game interface. rbazee does not control the RNG (Random Number Generator) outcomes of any third-party slot or table game. 6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts for each betting market and casino game are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. rbazee reserves the right to alter stake limits at any time and without prior notice.

6.4 Dispute Resolution

If you believe that a bet has been settled incorrectly or that a technical error has affected the outcome of a game, you must contact rbazee support at [email protected] within 72 hours of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. rbazee's decision on any dispute, made after a thorough review of all available evidence including server logs and game records, is final and binding.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the rbazee platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information;
• Using the Service if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game outcomes, or manipulate the platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the platform to facilitate money laundering;
• Accessing the Service through a VPN, proxy server, or other means designed to circumvent geographic or account restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rbazee staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another player's account or to the rbazee platform's backend systems.

rbazee is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account;
• Session loss limits: Limit the amount you can lose in a single session;

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or limit rbazee's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

12.1 Amendments

12.2 Account Termination

Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms published on the rbazee platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and rbazee with respect to your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
